Please leave the comments section for opinions and discussions. (Any concerns you have needn't be in the comments as that section is public; we prefer to take any questions/concerns only you may have privately).

- Your e-mail involved profanity
- If this is the case, then we did not respond and deleted your e-mail (put it in the trash)
- We forgot
- If this is the case, please resend your e-mail. However do not spam us, this won't make us reply to your messages you've sent. Also if you have comments, please do not spam us; try to put all your comments/requests into one e-mail.
